PANSW is calling for EOIs for the following positions for 2024: 

• State Chief Umpire 
• State Umpiring Committee 
• State Uniform Officer 
• State Horse Welfare Officer 
• State Equipment Officer 
• State Grading Officer 
• State Draw Committee 

EOIs for the following will be called following the 2024 Chinchilla Australian Polocrosse Nationals: 

• State Coaching and Player Development Director 
• State Coaching Committee 
• State Selector Chairs for all divisions 
• State Selectors for all divisions 

This timing will allow for the current selectors and coaching committee, who have been working towards the selection of the best players and coaches for Nationals over the last two years, to complete their duties.  

Nominations are due 4 February 2024.

Nominations for the Sydney Royal Easter Show have been extended until Sunday 28 January. 

PANSW is calling for nominations from sub junior players to take part in four exhibition games over the 31st March and 1st April in Sydney. 

This is a great opportunity for our youngest members to showcase our sport to a large audience.

Please remember waivers can be signed any time before paying your membership. By signing the waiver, you are not locked in to paying any fees for the upcoming season.  

Our intention is to continue to update the database on Tuesday evenings so if you plan to be taking part in any aspect of polocrosse on the upcoming weekend, and you need to be financial then please have your waiver completed by the Tuesday prior.

There have been some minor updates to the calendar.

We are looking forward to naming our Barastoc teams and shortened squads for the U21, Open and Masters divisions in early February. 

Sub Junior and Junior shortened squads will be named following the selection weekend in March. 

This is a friendly reminder that special event proposals for the 2025 season are due on 31 January 2024. 

Special events will be discussed at the 2024 PANSW AGM and are events which include elements outside the normal rules.
